The Rackham Primary School carry out an in-depth evaluation of our performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement or development. These findings are then written up in a Self Evaluation Report (SEF). Using this report, our school leaders produce an improvement/development plan (SIP/SDP) ensuring that it matches the conclusions identified in the report and the actions which need to be taken.
The plan is then implemented, monitored and evaluated on a monthly basis to assess the impact the school improvement plan is having on improving outcomes and performance.
Findings are shared with Governors and Staff and the School Improvement Plan is modified to respond to the evaluation findings.
